It was a larger and complicated 3D print of a hawk! Herb stayed with it, trying the print a few times before he found a way to make it work. He stayed in contact with me the whole time. Herb was very knowledgeable about what was wrong with my printer. Though he works by appointment, he was willing to have us drop off ours and looked at it when he had a chance to. His repair price is reasonable, he’s very polite and it was a pleasure doing business with him. I received my printer within a week from a walk in drop off and it’s running perfectly fine!
